Harmonic Reducer Bearing Structure Type

Harmonic Reducer Bearing consists of rigid bearing (cross roller bearing) and flexible bearing. Rigid bearing (cross roller bearing) has four series: CSG (CSF) Series, CSD Series, SHG (SHF) Series. Our rigid bearing (cross roller bearing) model name same with the corresponding according harmonic reducer name. Our flexible bearing’s name is HYR.
Rigid Bearing (Cross Roller Bearing)
Rigid bearing is a kind of crossed cylindrical roller bearing. According to the different application occasions, it has two categories: inner and outer ring integrated; inner ring integrated and outer ring split. Rolling element is cylindrical roller, each roller in 90 degree angle vertical arrangements in the V-shape raceway. This kind of bearing can bear axial load, radial load, tilting moment and all kinds of load in every direction. This kind of bearing has characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, and combined load capacity.
CSG(CSF) Series
Inner ring integrated and outer ring split
Outer ring has two parts, and inner ring is integrated. No need flange and bearing set. This kind of bearing is mainly applied on CSG (CSF) Series reducer output part.
CSD Series
Inner and outer ring integrated
Outer ring diameter dimension is same with CSG Series. Rigidity is higher than CSG Series. This kind of bearing is mainly applied on CSD Series reducer output part.
SHG (SHF) Series
Inner and outer ring integrated
Installation almost has no influence to bearing performance. Bearing has reliable rotation precision and torque. This kind of bearing is mainly applied on SHG (SHF) Series reducer output part.
SHD Series
Inner and outer ring integrated
Inner ring has gears and can be directly engaged with gears on the flexspline. Height is lower than SHG Series and can reduce the reducer installation space. This kind of bearing is mainly applied on SHD Series reducer output part.
Flexible Bearings
Flexible bearing mainly bear alternating stress. It is easy to have a certain deformation when it matches with cams, because its section is very thin. Inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements adopt high-carbon chromium bearing steel. Cage adopts integrated nylon cage.
