Bearing Lubrication purpose is to take advantage of the lubricants’ lubrication oil film formed by the friction faces of the ring, rolling elements and spacers to reduce bearing’s friction and wear and avoid sintering to extend bearing’s service life. In addition, lubricant has functions of rust protection, vibration reduction, cooling.
 
Harmonic reducer rigid bearing (cross roller bearing) was injected with lithium complex grease. Under general condition, it is no need to grease it again. After bearing greased, bearing friction torque will increase at the beginning and friction torque will be stable after grease attached raceway and rollers evenly.

Grease Compatibility
Grease compatibility is related with thickener and base oil. If two kinds greases not compatible but mix them together, grease property and physical characteristics such as thickener, shear stability and oxidation stability will change. In the meantime, after mixture, grease will turn soft. If two kinds grease must mix together, it is better to use grease with same thickener and base oil.
