Function and Usage
KWK Piston Seal is a two way combination seal which are resistance to shock load, Low coefficient of friction, even after a long holding time, the friction force is still small. The slip ring of the KWK seal are made by special thermoplastic, under high pressure, high speed and large clearance, there are strong resistance to extrusion. The KWK piston seal uses Z type open design, it is easy to install, saving installation space, mainly used in high pressure hydraulic cylinder, such as excavator cylinders, loader cylinder, forklifts cylinder, bulldozers cylinders, and etc.

Material
Sealing Body Material: Thermoplastic Our Material Code: M900
Elestomer Material: Nitrile Rubber (NBR) Our Material Code: N802
Combination Code: M900N
If the working condition is under low temperature, we suggest to use low temperature resistance Nitrile Rubber (NBR) for the sealing body, Our Material Code: NV705, Combination Code: M900NV
Technical Data
Working Pressure: ≤60MPa
Speed: ≤1m/s
Working Temperature:-45℃ to +120℃
Working Medium: Mineral hydraulic oil,fire resistant hydraulic oil, water and etc.
Tips: Limit value of the above data, can not be used at the same time. The maximum working pressure depends on the type of material, the pressure, the temperature, the gap, and etc.. In actual usage, due to the mutual influence of working parameters, the maximum value setting is lower.
Installation
Groove: Closed
In order to avoid the damage of the seals, during the installation, the seals should be leave away with the shape edge of the parts and tools. The sharp edges and burr in the installation area of the seal must be removed. If the sealing surface need to through the oil hole, angle of chamfer processing to the oil hole must be done.
