SH Mountain Type Combination Piston Seals

 
SH Combination Seals were combined by the sealing ring, elastic body and L guide ring, with stable 
structure, the sealability are perfect. The sealing ring was made by the specially made PU (polyurethane) which can reduce both start using friction and running friction.  avoid more attrition of
the seals. The elastic body was made by NBR which ensures enough pretightening force of the seals,
and also, helps the seals to hold enough pressure.
 
SHL Combination Seals is also called Spire Seals. The function of the spire is  to reduce the contact 
surface, and increase the contact pressure. The advantage of the Spire Selas are low friction, high 
efficiency, simple structure, anti-high pressure, and also stable sealability.
 
Application:
Working Pressure:P≤60MPa
Working Temperature:-30℃~100℃
Surface Speed：≤0.5m/s
Medium: HFA
Double Action Piston Seals: Mainly for hydraulic support and tunnel machinery.
 
Installation:
Can be installed on the whole piston, and also, avoid the sharp edge during installation.
 
Material:
The Seal Ring was made by the special PU which was anti-hydrolysis, Guide Ring was made
by the POM (acetal resin), the Elastic Body was made by the NBR. For special requirement, 
(such as pressure, temperature, speed, and etc.) please contact with us.
 
Function and Usage: 
SH Piston Seals can be sealed in double direction,  it could bear more pressure with the stable function. 
And also, anti force out and friction. It was mainly used for the support of the mining industries and other
 industry systems which with high pressure.
