JF seals are dust proof selas, after press the outer surface of the seal, the inside lip can stick on the piston 
rod very tightly, which helps the seal to prevent dust, sewage and grit efficiently. 
 
Application:
Working Temperature:-35℃~100℃
Surface Speed:≤0.5m/s
Medium: HFA
 
Installation:
JF seals are easy to be installed inside the groove,but during installation the seal lip need to avoid to contact 
with the holes and other connection parts on the piston. In order to remove the grit more easily, the best way is
 to install the seals outside of the shell body.
 
Material:
The standard material is A grade NBR with hardness 90 and special PU which is anti-hydrolysis. If any special 
requirement (such as temperature, speed, and etc.), please contact with us.
 
Function and Usage: 
With simple structure and small section, the JF Dust Proof Seals are cost less, and easy to be installed. It
prevents the sewage goes inside the hydraulic system efficiently.  It is wide used for the support of the mining
 industries and other fully mechanized systems.
