YL Static Seals

Function and Usage
In the design of the hydraulic cylinder, an O ring or an O Ring combined with a Back Up Ring are always used as a static seal. But during assembling or actual using, the O Ring maybe twisted or overturned. When the pressure pulse of the system is on the O Ring, or the fit clearance is too large, the O Ring may be sheared and extrusive, the sealing performance will be failed. The YL Static Seal is perfect designed as a seal to instead of  O Ring or O Ring and Back Up Ring combination. The YL Static Seal is made of polyurethane, it is resistant to extrusion, tear-proof, and also with perfect sealing effect. It is widely used in hydraulic cylinder as the static seal.

Material: Polyurethane   Our Material Code: P902
 
If the working condition is under low temperature, we suggest to use low temperature resistance Polyurethane, Our Material Code: PV902

Working Pressure: ≤40MPa
Working Temperature：-35℃ to +110℃ 
Working Medium: Mineral hydraulic oil, emulsion, water and other media
 
Installation
Groove: Closed
In order to avoid the damage of the seals, during the installation, the seals should be leave away with the shape edge of the parts and tools. The sharp edges and burr in the installation area of the seal must be removed.
