Function and Usage
DL Static Joint Seal is made of nitrile rubber, it is suitable for hydraulic fluid threaded port and screw end, specifications are meet the standard size of the joint.

Material
Material:Nitrile Rubber (NBR)   Our Material Code: N900
If the working condition is under high temperature, we suggest to use FKM (Fluoro Rubber), Our Material Code: F800

Standard Static Joint Seal, suitable for hydraulic fluid threaded port , screw end, and etc.
Working Pressure: ≤60MPa
Working Temperature：-30℃ to +120℃ 
Working Medium: Mineral hydraulic oil, emulsion, water and other media
 
Installation
In order to avoid the damage of the seals, during the installation, the seals should be leave away with the shape edge of the parts and tools. The sharp edges and burr in the installation area of the seal must be removed. The performance and reliability of the work are related to the assembly technology used.
